Wayne D. Pariser has been practicing law for more than 30 years and is a partner of the firm. He has been an active member of the State Bar of California since 1987 and is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California. Mr. Pariser is also a member of the Community Association Institute, Real Estate Section of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, and Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Pariser has handled approximately 500 litigation and transactional matters, ranging in value up to $45,000,000. His practice focuses on both transactional and litigation matters in the areas of community/homeowners associations and real estate (commercial and residential). He has written articles published in the Community Associations Institute's journal "Focus," the American Bar Association's journal "State & Local Law News," and the West Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce's journal "West Los Angeles Business Journal."

Francine Pariser has been an active member of the State Bar of California since 1996 and is a partner of the firm. She is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Her experience includes real estate, construction, business, public entity, and insurance law. Ms. Pariser graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles and graduated magna-cum-laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1993 with a major in Communication Studies. Ms. Pariser received her law degree in 1996 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
